How absolutely sweet! How could Harry ever think Draco would give him up for his crazy father? Loved this :)

Thanks ♥

Well, parents have a big influence on our lives and choices. And knowing that Draco spent most of his young life trying to emulate Lucius, Harry just didn't know.

Awww, I loved how you used the prompts, the way Harry tries to soothe Draco, and how Draco finally accepts that his father is not going to love him... Poor thing!

*squishes Draco*

Not a great loss, but he still is his father, right? Maybe Lucius will come around in time (not likely, but who knows?) After all, this was just the first conversation they had. He was still in shock about Draco being gay when he told him about Harry.

What a beautiful story!
I loved that Draco was strong enough to make his own decisions, and dealt with Lucius on his own.
And Harry's proposal was just so amazing!
(I have such a soft spot for proposal fics!)
As usual, gorgeous writing, dear!

Thanks, hon. ♥

Tough time for Draco with Lucius.

Glad you liked the proposal.

That was beautiful!

Tiny question: What song did you use here?
