Harry took in a deep breath of fresh country air as he looked out at the scene before him. Father's Day at the Manor. Soon enough summer would be upon them, and they would be spending their days taking the girls swimming to a handful of beaches along the Mediterranean. They had decided to travel to Italy this year, where Harry would be celebrating his thirtieth birthday, and Draco would be celebrating a belated one of his own. For now, however, Harry was enjoying the simplicity of the day with family and friends.

Narcissa had outdone herself, having invited along many of their friends to celebrate a collective Father's Day. Harry suspected that it was her way of wishing them both a happy thirtieth birthday as well, before they left on their trip.

There was a game of Quidditch being played by some of the older children, and a game of Muggle soccer, led by Dean Thomas, being played by the younger ones. Dean was currently buried beneath a pile of giggling five to eight-year-olds.

"Uh oh," Draco said, nudging Harry and pointing in the direction of their two daughters, who were looking guilty and hiding something.

Chancing a glance towards his mother, Draco sighed a breath of relief to see her smiling. Her prized yellow roses were being not-so-well hidden behind their daughters' backs. Narcissa winked at Draco, and gave the girls a nudge.

"These are for you, Daddy."

"And these are for you, Papa."

Harry and Draco exchanged grins as they accepted the bouquets from their beaming beauties.

"We don't think flowers are only for mommies," explained Alexa.

"That's right," Cecilia agreed emphatically, her curls bouncing as she nodded her head. "Neither does Nana Cissa."

"Fathers deserve flowers too," added Narcissa, hugging the girls. "Especially fathers as wonderful as yours."
