Horses

I rode a horse for two hours today, and my ass hurts. A lot. I can't sit down. There was nothing but walking interspersed with a little bit of trotting. I feel pathetic. Clearly, I don't know how to ride a horse.

naw, from what i've heard, that's just about everyone's experience.
how much do you ride? i've only done it once, for about ten minutes...

I'm with my family in Palm Springs, and my mom found this stable that does rides into a canyon for people who don't ride horses. So we went, and it was fun. I almost never ride, only on these "family vacation the horse follows the butt of the one in front of it" things. I wish I actually knew how to ride, I think it would be fun.
