Thinking of attempting Yuletide this year, just to start writing something that is not gamer RPF cough cough, but the (incomplete) ineligible fandom list makes me sigh. They're being strict this year! There are so many fandoms here I've never even heard of, and some that I haven't thought of in ages, but make me wish there were still good stories being written for them. (Yu Yu Hakusho! Kurama, my heart.)
On the other hand, I don't think anyone could ever disqualify City of Diamond in any type of obscurity competition, so at least one of my personal nominations is safe.
