If you're going to be dropping out of the project, please notify us as soon as possible. Every year we spend hours after the deadline tracking down errant authors -- time that could be better utilised by our wonderful back-up santas, who write like the wind to ensure that everybody has a story under their tree at Christmas. The worst thing you can do for the project is to go incommunicado, so please, write!
