Please note: Designation 9TP does not occur in any of the sources. Those Are contractual / invented tank designation. This designation was given after the war by Polish historian J. Magnuski, by analogy with the nomenclature of combat vehicles used in the Polish Army in the 30's just for distinguish those vehicles.
Correct designation is: 7TP Reinforced - prototype of PZInż 7TP wz.39 - prototype of BBTBrPanc
To be exactly a two prototypes of "9TP" were build, and third comparison prototype, with was a regular 7TP of last production series rebuild from unfinished C7P
9TP prototype of PZInż was based on hull of 7TP from last production series. With Exhaust pipe at top and engine cover without blinds. The vehicle has reinforced chasis, stronger armor, welded hull and turret.
9TP prototype of BBTBr has a different type of lower hull with differently shaped front and rear armor. The vehicle has reinforced stronger transmission from C7P, welded hull and turret, reinforced chasis, front and aft hull of different shape, and overall lower profile.
Both prototypes of 9TP were either destroyed by factory crew or by nazi bombings. The third comparison tank was evacuated and was used as mobile spare parts warehouse.
Due to fact that third comparison vehicle was build from last production series of 7TP from unfished C7P /total of 11 units/ Those are often mistaken with late production series of 7TP, some sources even state that those 11 units were the 9TP and take part in Warsaw defense.
In preserved and public accessible documents have not been found any photos of this 7TP version.
In polish Central military Archives (CAW) are still drawings and reports of 9TP tests.

For sure it's usable to make reliable reconstruction of vehicle appearance.
A complete reports set from prototype test of 7TP wz.39 and 7TP, was published in polish magazine:
Do Broni 1/2009
Pages 97-123.
