Ugh

Sick this week. Started Monday with dry sinuses, this morning with a scratchy throat and a rapidly disappearing voice. On a day I had  a training session to run, no less, and I could neither find someone to take over, nor reschedule for tomorrow and Thursday we are down a person because they're out for training. (We may be down two people. If I can't talk, I don't go to work. It's kinda necessary. Not so much as it was in retail and call centres, but still.)

Thank goodness for cold meds. I shall live on Cepacol and NeoCitran (well, and actual food) until I'm over this. Damn it, why now? It couldn't have waited until next week??

Ah well. At least I wasn't sick last week when intravox came for a visit. Count your blessings?
