Why does LiveJournal suddenly give me the option of listing my location? Weird.
Watched Independence Day again tonight. The similarities between it and George Pal's War of the Worlds continue to be obvious, as do the similarities between the final scenes of ID4 and Stargate. It didn't occur to me until partway through that I should be taking notes for that comparison essay I keep meaning to write, and by then I was busy constructing a model of the Batmobile. I wanted to work on my vinyl Batman figure, but we don't have any CA (cyanoacrylate adhesive) right now, just ProWeld, which only works on plastics. I plan to pick some more CA up tomorrow on my way in to work.
The neighbours have been quieter than ever all evening. Maybe they were out. Maybe they've gotten it.
Three days left.
Edit: Oh, the location thingy links in with Google Maps. I see. Yes, because that's so much less subtle than the option of a giant STALK ME!! button.
