The Week Ahead
Ah, another weekend where I didn't accomplish much of anything. One of these days I really should get to the stuff on my to-do list. There's nothing pressing on that list, but there are some things I need to get done at some point. I went to Alyssa's Passover seder/party last night and although I couldn't eat the food (still on that liquid diet) everything smelled and looked great. After the meal itself everyone moved downstairs to watch The Monster Squad on a bootleg DVD. I hadn't seen that movie in about 15 years.
My digital camera arrived yesterday. The battery charged overnight and I've been playing with it today. It took a bit to get it to download photos to the PC, but it works now and takes some great pictures. I just need to get a good CompactFlash drive and a spare camera battery.
In store for this week: Final Exams tomorrow and Tuesday, a big meeting with the campus president on Friday, and big group movie night for Hitchhiker's Guide on Saturday. Looks like a busy week.
