In Supernatural canon Michael is the third most powerful creature in the universe (at least until Season 6) so he needs a permissions post so I can know what's okay to do and know. I'd appreciate it if you could fill this out for me.

[Can he know your character's name before being told?] Yeah, and Yosuke won't even think it's weird since a few people knew the Yosuke that was here before him.
[Are your character(s) human or something else? Can he sense it?] Mostly human! He's got some magic, but he's still basically just a regular kid.
[Can he know about your character(s) history by looking into their eyes? If yes then how much? (You can just give me a link to their app if you're okay with him knowing all of it.)] Sure. There's some info here and here, just be careful, because a lot of that stuff is still in the future for this version. Yosuke's future is a lot more interesting than his past, actually.
[Is there something specific you don't want him to know about your character?] Nope. Go for it.
[Michael can appear almost anywhere he wants unless a place has been fortified against angels. Is it okay for him to appear wherever your character might be or would you rather have permission on a case-by-case situation. (I will never threadjack an In Person thread without permission.)] I'm not sure what he would want with a whiny teenager, for the most part, but jack at will!
[Is there anything else I should know? Concerns or questions for me?] This kid can be really easily manipulated if no one's watching his back. In general, overall, if you ignore his basic (and sort of obvious) human faults he has a good heart, though.
