Pirates? [And she doesn't realize he could be on the run from said... "pirates".]

Are pirates bad?

[Inching a little away.] Ah... These ones aren't... Evil. They're just really scary.

[He says that with feeling. They terrify him.]

Pirates are evil? [Oh, but he mentions that these ones aren't... but if they're still scary, they're bad, right? Then of course there's only one thing to do.]
