OOC: Relationship Chart
People aren’t so simple that they can accept anything and everything.
chosenfakeLuke is Guy's best friend. He's also the replica of the son of the man Guy's wanted to ruin for most of his life. Guy raised Luke since he was born, and he knows that now. Their relationship is complicated to begin with, and being in the City where Luke is from the future and so much different than Guy remembers makes it even stranger. But regardless of any complications, Luke is Guy's friend, and Guy is loyal to his friends. His last memories of Luke back home weren't the most positive, but from how Luke has been acting since Guy arrived, he really thinks the kid has grown up a lot. Guy has found out what Luke's hiding, and he's punched him for it. He's determined to find a way to help Luke not die.
stupidgenesAsch is Luke's original, the son of Duke fon Fabre--the man that murdered Guy's family. Guy spent a very significant portion of his life plotting to kill Asch while simultaneously working as Asch's servant. Getting to know and even empathize with and possibly respect the person you're planning to murder brutally is a bit rough. Guy has only just found out that when Asch was kidnapped as a child he stayed kidnapped. It's making him question a lot of things, and while he doesn't trust Asch, he remembers how Asch was as a kid, something that makes him both tense and nostalgic. Needless to say his feelings about Asch are incredibly complicated, but they lean more towards fond than Guy necessarily wants them to. Events in the city have left their relationship even more awkward and strained, bordering on hostile for Guy's part.
innocentxcharmWhen Luke warned Guy there was another Replica in the city he didn't expect it to be a replica of Ion. The resemblance to the Fon Master is uncanny, but Guy is dealing with it in his normal way--by ignoring what unsettles him and dealing with what he can. He plans to teach the kid how to cook, for real, and since Florian wants to learn sword work Guy intends to help him--but he's going to take it seriously. Basically, he'll treat Florian like the kid he is, and help him out like the mom Guy defaults to around the defenseless.
blastiafreakRita was the first person to greet Guy in the city (not counting NPCs). They hit it off right away talking about technology and Guy ending up at her study for a long session of geeking all on the first day. He's pretty impressed by her genius and knowledge, and he doesn't mind her attitude. She's smart and he thinks she's probably a sweet kid under it all. He respects her knowledge, and he's already pretty fond of her, and would be pretty protective if she needed it.
notflynnYuri apparently knew him a little when Guy was around before. Regardless, Guy doesn't feel too uncomfortable around him. On the contrary, he falls into an easy pattern of banter and comfortable bromance when talking to Yuri. They just seem to get along. Though they don't get everything about each other, and miscommunication between them can range from hilarious to tense. Though he is still a little reserved about Yuri, Guy likes him a lot. He thinks he's the kind of guy he could easily be friends with, and would be happy to watch Yuri's back in a fight or a bar, whatever. Basically, Yuri is a huge bro and Guy thinks he's pretty rad. Even if Yuri is also kind of a dick and a troll at times.
selenoscapeEstelle is a sweet girl, who seems really kind and sincere. Both she and Flynn (lol) remind Guy of Natalia in a way, and he'd probably go out of his way to help Estelle out if she needed it. She just has that kind of innocent charm.
srslynotguyCommandant Flynn Scifo--the person everyone kept mistaking Guy for when he arrived. After talking to Estelle and initially speaking to Flynn, Guy had the worst feeling of deja vu about Flynn. The man is forthright, idealistic, charismatic and basically everything Van seems like. Guy was immediately suspicious. Though Flynn has passed the initial verbal test, Guy just can't shake the feeling of unease left over by association with Van, and intends to confirm Flynn's own motives by observation. Needless to say he'll be keeping a close eye on this one. Despite his probably unreasonable paranoia, he does like what he's seen of Flynn, and will be happy to count him a friend until Flynn proves himself to be the scheming bastard Guy's not-quite-convinced he isn't. Getting to know Flynn a little more Guy is coming to realize he's kind of derp, but he hasn't quite relaxed his guard yet.
sitaronthewaterApparently he kissed this guy once?!?!? Guy is pretty unsure what to make of Demyx but he reminds him of some of the social derps Guy knows...
umathematicGokudera is a tsundera Guy has collected. Because you gotta catch 'em all. Also Guy thinks Gokudera has good in him! And will therefor attempt to befriend him.
greatergoneKais is an alien Guy wants to help, especially his technology!!! after learning about Kais's rigid society. He's hoping the guy integrates into the City and a non-structured lifestyle alright.
