Doesn't it suck when real life gets in the way of Livejournal?
After much deliberation I've decided to close down this journal. It just hasn't been getting the interest that I'd hoped that it would, especially given how many people seemed so interested in joining it. Call me selfish, but the most interest that any one post (except the first one) has received has been 2 comments, and really, there's no point in me typing out long entries for my own benefit. I'm not angry, but I think that everyone can relate to the disappointment you feel when you write about something you're excited about and check to find zero feedback.
I was so busy during the last 6 weeks that on the days I did get home, any inclination I had to spend my few hours at home typing on Livejournal vanished when I found little or no replies on previous entries. So while the last two weeks have been more of a light work schedule, I just don't see the point of keeping this up anymore.
So to those who actually read and commented - thanks for your support. I'll be keeping my personal journal active for a little longer, at least. Who knows? Maybe when things start slowing down again after the Masters tournament I'll go back to writing regular entries again. I must say, I do kind of miss it for the creative outlet.
