I keep trying to fix my jet lag by, some may say irresponsibly, staying up late to get minimal sleep with the hopes of crashing out that night at a decent time.
This is not working for 2 reasons:
1. I am bad at not taking naps, and by naps, I mean 2-3 hour sleeps in the early evening thus perpetuating the insomnia.
2. I am good at not sleeping even when exhausted when I do manage not to sleep.
Gotta be sleeping now instead of typing. OTL
