I'm out. I haven't really been playing this game since New Year and I'm not likely to pick it up again in future.
For storyline purposes, Inara's been recalled to a position on a Core World by the Guild and while she could contest it, she's choosing not to. Some things are more hassle than they're worth.
She's left messages with her friends, employers and regular acquaintances in town, so check your inboxes if you had regular interaction with her. She's paid up her rent, left a present or two here and there, and will dearly miss the friends she's made here (as will the mun).
The mun would like to thank all the people who made the game a pleasure - whether she was playing Inara, Carter, or Harry. It was fun while it lasted.
