Yoohoo, I'm back!~
My nightmarish GSS event is over and I'm sooooo relieved. Despite all the pain and stress which I suffered, the event did not do well. Its frustrating, don't you think? To spend so much time and effort on one project yet the turnout is still blah.
Someone lied to me big time when they told me efforts reap rewards.

Every 2 weeks, we have to attend a management meeting at our head office where we report our traffic figures and event reports. To say that this meeting is nerve-wrecking is akin to claiming that root canal surgery hurts a little. Helmed by either our CEO or GM, the lot of us stuttered through our reports before we get fired with questions which we sometimes have no answers to. Sometimes I suspect they simply threw in a couple of odd questions just to get a kick of our flustered looks. Woe behold those who had unfortunate incidents (e.g. leaking roofs, tenants complaints) at their Malls; you get screwed so bad that you almost wish you had that root canal surgery excuse.
Sometimes, it's really better to be at the bottom of the food chain.
