Hate interviews

Interviews make me really nervous. I suck at them, I over think questions. Also alot of questions are geared to citing examples from your previous job. Its been 4 years since I worked last and the last job I had was data entry really not a lot of variations in that job. It also doesnt help that I get along with my co workers, I tend to have problems with my bosses and such.

I also never know what questions to asked my employer when the question arise.

It hard for me to judge if I have done well on it or not. SO I am trying to not get my hopes up too high, but its hard.
