Gratitude Project - Day One
[personal profile] estaratshirai started the gratitude project on LJ several years ago. It runs from Lammas to Mabon, and the rules are simple: every day, find something to be grateful for. No repeats. You can be grateful for the same people again, but for different reasons.
I've thought about doing this for a few years now, but this year I'm doing it! (You can too if you like.)
Today I am grateful for That Guy I Sleep With, also known as my Lover, also known as "By Name" or Mark. Specifically I'm thankful he was able to get the scanner working so I could start posting a Doodle a Day.
(I"m counting this for the first of august even though it's technically the second.)
