Yvette's Mac 'n' Cheese

I made my Mac 'n' Cheese tonight. I've made it several times, now, and I still like it. I don't know if anyone else would like it, but here's the recipe:

Macaroni

Add to the boiled and drained macaroni:
Mushroom Bruschetta Topping - Generous portion to taste

Mix it in well. The oil in it will help distribute the shredded cheese.

Then add:
Finely Shredded Cheese - As generous as one likes. I tend to use the Mexican Mix with cheddar, colby and montery jack.

Mix until melted.  Usually, there is no need to do it over a hot burner. If the cheese is finely shredded it will melt from the heat of the pasta.

When I'm feeling really wild and crazy, I add salt and freshly ground pepper

When I want a one dish mealish I add broccoli or peas or whatever.
