So, for those keeping track, I'll be 30 this month. No word yet on festivities.
I start work tomorrow at Barnes and Noble doing temporary work scanning books to ship back to the publishers while they transition to the new store. Of course after five months of no work and few prospects, when I finally have a source of income however brief, I get a call from Five Star Automotive asking me to come in for an interview. They want me to come in for training Monday in what he said would be probationary to see if I can survive car sales. If I can make it through the two week training, I have the potential to earn $50,000-$100,000 a year.
Whatever happens, I hope I have something resembling a real full time job soon.
