How can someone like me lose 8 lbs. unknowingly and feel like a sluggish balloon?

That Janet, she's a little tiny thing, how could that happen?

Maybe you are working too hard! Jobs evade me, so I can only put on weight :)

The sad thing is that before losing the weight I already weighed less than 100 lbs.

I've never hit the triple digit mark either my entire life.

The little people will rule the world one day.

Oh yes. Revenge of the little people, I suppose? We may be small, but we rule!

I've only exceeded the triple digit mark once in my life, and it didn't even last for very long.

Maybe your muscle is turning to fat? Since muscle weighs more...

I lost 10 lbs. a couple of years ago due to high stress levels. I was supposed to regain that weight, but I doubt that I did because my stress levels and eating habits have only gotten worse. :/

The thing is, I'm out of school so shouldn't I be less stressed? Or maybe I've just been emotionally unstable and that's affected my health... oh, the mysteries of my metabolism!

is it the food? amme5832 June 20 2004, 16:05:09 UTC
Damn...eat more! Summer always makes me feel less like eating...but I don't get to lose the weight....

It might just be that suddenly you are eating better than at res - where it was total crap for food!

Remember, I went home fairly frequently. Plus, I ate better than most people at rez. (Hate to put it this way, but many people I met have… shall we say, uncontrolled eating habits?)

I'm not too sure that that is healthy Janet... Both the losing and the attitude....

I just find it unusual - most people that I know of don't function that way. Maybe it's just the fact that I've got a job, my hours are not what they used to be, ummm... a series of events happening... bleh.

That doesn't make it healthy...
