Oh. Where to begin? I feel like I'm going nuts a little bit. So there's a chance we may move soon. We found a great house in the beautiful town of Port Costa at a reasonable rate. Here and here are examples of pictures of snow in the Mojave Desert. Trippy, huh? It's not a super common thing. We just got lucky enough to be there at the right time! This desert is 500 miles or so from where I live, and the climate is much more arid with--naturally--hot, dry summers and cold, dry winters.

I took a bunch of pictures of Death Valley, I just have to get them all sorted out and uploaded. I'm currently without a camera, so I get to borrow whichever is most convenient for the time being while I save up for a new one. I already know I'm not getting a Sony! :P

I'm always happy to share whatever pictures I take of the trips I go on. I love traveling. It's a pretty new thing for me, since my family didn't travel much when I was growing up. It can be physically stressful, though. Sometimes it's easier to look at pictures of places from the internet. ;P Also, it's an expense. It is possible to do it and not spend a ton of money, but I think if I weren't with my boyfriend I wouldn't go so many places on my own. He's kind of a travel junkie!
