Ah. And I was rather fond of Sprout Tower. [ no, he wasn't, but it was always fun to play along. pretending that cobra commander was crushing his dreams, well. ]

Wouldn't your lack of laser make it a bit difficult to destroy Sprout Tower? [ just a thought. ]

Not necessssarily. It would help, but there are other ways.

How silly of me to presume otherwise. I'd forgotten that "laser" is one of the many ideas in your resourceful mind, Commander.

That's exactly right! I have many ideas! Almost more than I know what to do with!

[And most of them are impossible to pull off or would end in horrible failure.]

I suppose telling you couldn't hurt...even if you did tell someone they'd only fail at stopping me! The main problem is finding Pokemon to replace devices not available in Johto. For example, Ice Pokemon instead of freeze rays or exploding Pokemon instead of bombs. Once you have those, it's just a matter of selecting a target!

[And it only took him a year to realize all of this.]
