[As usual, the video shows Cobra Commander in a nondescript room. He could be anywhere. He's opted to place the camera on a table, so there's no problems with Pokemon ruining the camera angle.]
Attention new members of Team Rocket! I am Cobra Commander! It has come to my attention through a very reliable source that some of the newer members are unaware of what we are meant to be doing. So I thought to myself who better to explain your position to you than me! No one of course!
Now, as a member of Team Rocket, there are certain duties you will be asked to perform. They will most likely be time consuming or stupid, but just do them! No one wants to hear you complain!
You probably haven’t been given orders as to what you should do either. If you haven’t figured it out by now, maintain a low profile! Don’t draw attention to yourself! If you must commit random crimes, leave no evidence that can be connected to Team Rocket!
Furthermore, unless everyone is in hiding, our ranks seem to have decreased greatly. If you can, attempt to recruit people by whatever means necessary. Blackmail, bribery, extortion, I don’t care and I doubt the Rocket leaders care either! And don’t get caught!
