not again, please no

well once again i am in back hell.
not as bad as last time but that one muscle
is totally aching & making everything hard to do.
even dishes. that hurts so much to stretch & reach the water.

they are the rubber snakes sewn on & man i can not tell you what a long tedious process it was to sew them on!!!!!!!
