The obligatory "OMG it's snowing in England in March" post
I will never forget the day i went out for lunch without a coat in bright warm sunshine, and got frostbite walking home in a blizzard of snow in the evening! What is this weather like?! Right now the snowflakes are about 3cm in diameter, the air is thick with them ... and they're settling! If it carries on like this all night we could easily become snowed in!
It was last Thursday at my German class that somebody mentioned snow was coming on Monday. I thought, how can they predict something so unlikely, so far in advance? Turns out they were spot-on correct! And now i've got Christmas songs in my head, haha!!
Anyway, i've just come back from my cousin's third piano lesson ... oh, it's going so well! I am so pleased. We even did a little performance - a duet for the rest of the family to hear! I think it's important to get kids performing as early as possible so that they get used to it. Alexander seems really inspired by playing piano, and was making up tunes with both hands together when i left! Excellent!!
Today's other achievement was registering an email address and receiving two emails from my Mum! Wow, i never thought i'd see the day!! Mum's been talking about getting into email for months now, but i never quite believed it would happen! :)
