I have weighed 50.9kg consistently for the last 4 months. The body fat fluctuates around 16%-22% but the weight remains consistent. I still need to eat quite a lot to remain at this weight: i seem to have to eat as if i'm trying to gain weight just to remain the same and avoid losing any. I am generally quite healthy in what i eat, although i should probably eat more fruit and less chocolate!
This week i went on an ITIL course at work! I've wanted to do this ever since i started my job a year and a half ago! Funny though, i was only able to do it because somebody else dropped out. It was a really fast-paced training course, with an exam Wednesday afternoon. It's two or three weeks until i get the results, but i'm quite confident i shall pass and become ITIL certified! :D

I am seeing a friend from the past this afternoon ... really looking forward to it, but incredibly nervous. I'm sure everything will go well. This morning i must focus on doing some chores ... i'd like to clear off all the red tasks on
MyChores and be left with only green ones by the end of this weekend.
