Loving others

Something i want to remember ... it's quite meaningful to me at the moment:

Decide that the rest of your life -- every day, every moment, every word -- is something that you will share with everyone whose life you touch in a way that ensures that they will know there is nothing they have to do, nowhere they have to go, and no way they have to be, in order to be loved by you right now. Let them know that they are perfect just as they are, just as they are standing there.

I think i am coming to another conclusion, drawn from the depths of my soul. Something to do with a Divine Energy in all things and in all people, and seeing the Divine in everyone, therefore treating everyone as if they are God. This is really difficult to do though. The thought has been heavily inspired by the Neale Donald Walsch books which i have read ... so i am going to keep probing my soul to find out what i truly believe about this.

Kevin and i are going to the Quaker meeting on Sunday. I'm really looking forward to that.
