and I'm successfully losing weight. There's a sense in being hungry all the time :-))))
And I had a good training, yesterday: hurdles. not really good, but advancing: I don't stop running before I get to the first hurdle. I don't panic any more when I see it. I can hop over them without being too scared. And I can run a 5- or 7-step rhythm between them on command (sometimes). Yeah, yeah, yeah.
