Gumorn you lovely day.
Entered Nurmi.
BEEEEP. I KNOW there's only a little diesel left. I WILL refuel. thanks.
Drive 500m
BEEEEP!!! What? Oil? Argl!!!
It's impossible to turn right here. Don't want to walk back.
Call Silvio.
Doesn't answer.
Walk back.
Hm. What, if Nurmi beeps and says he has oil-problems. Can I drive 75km to Frankfurt???
Silvio, still in bed.
"If it's a real problem (too little oil): NO! If it's only the oil-service-signal: YES."
Offers to check it.
"Uuuuhm. Nurmi is about 500m away...."
I can see in his eyes that he doesn't want to hobble outside and through the village.
But I can check the oil myself :-)
That's no problem, isn't it?
(ahem. No problem in so far as to check the oil level. I just don't know how to close the hood. *feels a bit sheepish* Really. I've never managed to do that until today. I've always asked someone for help...)
But he tells me the trick and I can do the first oil level check of my life. Boah, I feel soooooooo mature.
The whole action cost me about half an hour. Half an hour later means twice as much traffic. It was ok, though. Just some minor jams...
And then I start working. And my computer starts driving me crazy.
Aaargh.
What a day.
