(no subject)
So now it's official. The summer is now over and my life will continue it's whirlwind of education,work and nothing better than good times here in Willowbrook with the roomies. I'm very excited for this year to come closer and I will finally be graduating in May, and study abroad in (hopefully Australia???) next summer, I don't know where it's going to be this year but they were talking about it today in one of my classes, but anyways, this year is going to be a challenge. I now have a good standing job at Snowden as a T.A. which means more hours and a little more pay, which is always good! A little nervous because I am really trying hard to learn some of the basic culinary standards, trying to remember some of the basic safety and sanitation procedures, but I think things will go smoothly once I get it down. The cafe opens up in October, where I will be for the rest of the year. So I pretty much have a month to choose my weapon of choice...hehehe. naw j/k.
Anyways, life is good right now!! I can't complain, family is finally doing well and everyone here seems like they are doing pretty successful.
I wish everyone luck on this upcoming year and hopefully this will be a good year for all!
