Hiatuses
Wow. I've been in the world of equalisers, compression, and vu-meters.
It feels strange to pick up the trade after such a long hiatus (of a couple of years). What am I typing about? Music.

I've begun building my project studio 2.0 here. Last time I did this things were kinda sour. People make the worst excuses not to be productive band members. Such as but not limited to: having kids, moving abroad, and choosing substance abuse over musicianship. So I decided I won't be in a band. It'll be just me, the equipment, and inspiration.
As for the music business (or busic, as I like to call it) things are bad. Sales of CDs are dropping, torrenting is widespread. Yada yada. They won't be hiring anyone outside of the Idols-crapzone. What I will be aiming for is licensing. Big money in there. Perhaps some lubricant-company will select my blend of alternative pop for their "inter web" adverts.
