Welcome to Seriously Rent!
Are you tired of just missing out on a Rent RP, because you couldn't apply fast enough for your favorite character? Tired of reading Rent fanfiction that twist the characters in an unrealistic way? Do you wish there were more, quality Rent RPs? Are you tired of people not doing justice to your favorite characters and to the wonder that is Rent in both RPs and fanfiction?
About this community:
I made this community for two purposes.
One to be the ooc board of a series of Rent RPs that I hope to develop and turn into quality, serious Role Playing Games that people can enjoy by either role playing in them or simply by reading the game as though it were a fanfiction story developing before their eyes.
The second purpose is to provide useful resources and a place to rant and chat about issues within the fandom for both role players and fanfiction writers of the Rent fandom. These rescources include anything from links to RPs, to articles on RPing or fiction writing, fiction recommendations, other helpful links, and more. Plus it'll be a place to discuss all of your pet peeves about fiction or RPs, Rent characters, the development of a fanfiction story, how you write, writing styles, and more.
Who should join?
-Rent RPers
-Rent Fanfiction Writers
-Rent Fanfiction Readers
-Rent fans who are interested in dabbling in either fanfiction or rping
Why join?
To:
-Make friends (yey)
-Grow and develop as a writer/RPer/renthead
-Participate in what will hopefully be some great RPGs
-Read great fanfiction
-Have access to lot's of resources

About Me
I'm Carissa and I've been role playing and writing since I was about 12 years old. I'm almost 19 now so that gives me about 7 years of experience in both. I've read several books on writing, taken several classes, and have been the admin of a writing forum that is currently 3 years old. I've been obsessed with Rent for over a year and have gotten into both fanfiction and RPing within the fandom. On fanfiction.net I'm fadeinonme in case your interested in seeing what I've written.
