We had two baby chickens, Patty and Selma. They were 6 weeks old.
i had been raising them from chicks.
Yesterday, A raccoon got Patty, it grabbed her through the coop wire. ate the pieces it could pull through the wire.
Selma died of fright. Not a feather missing. Lying next to the eviscerated carcass of her sister.
I'm so sad.
