I loved this story, and all the stories of yours that I've read so far! I agree with you; you found the perfect balance. Trust me, I think that my parent would probably freak out on me if I had put my life on the line like that too. Haha, throwing a shoe at a werewolf, it just cracks me up!

I'm really glad that you not only enjoyed this story but enjoy all of them in general. I wanted to show that John only gets mad at his children in desperate times, that he's not a complete ass without a reason. Glad you liked it.
