So I at the Fountain circle party tonight I got involved in a conversation on how women's organisms and sexualiity differ from men's sexuality. According to Matty, prostrate and penile organsim in men are not that similar or congruent to clitorus and vaginal organism in women. Women, by virtue of the capacity to organism repeatedly in a very relatively short time frame, as well as having very different g-spots, are harder to satisfy until the straight boy gets to know their partner fully. The implication I gardnered is that men are less complex in that arena, desiring just immediate ejaculation and less overall wholistic approaches; I guess that would mean my sex w/other men is somehow easier cause we're both boys?

Also, the conversation wandered into Darwinian inclusive fitness, with the postulate that Men have less investment in offspring and reproduction and Women have more investment physically, because the child has to develop in their womb and be nurtured for a such a relatively long period of time. This investment disparity in Darwinian model would frement promiscuity in men who have little investment, and choice/selectivity in women who have higher investment. This then apparently supports the notion that gay guys are solely devoted to promsicious hookups and lesbians to long term flings, when in actually, I've meet and been with men who desire longevity and security over the long run, even if they are men desiring further males. It isn't a biological proof, but the genetic principle behind our diversity is at least somewhat fascinating. Our gender and sexuality prof is a little frustrating as far as an ultimate guide to these issues, but I am getting used to her very egalitarin approach Perhaps I am just overly critical and reflective to those who want solidarity and no information. I'm afraid my courses w/her will end up more like independent studies like her. ;P
