The Worst Year Of My Life
I don't know if it's the same with other people (probably not but if the same applies to you then I'm really sorry) but this year started off bad for me and it got worse just when I thought it might turn around and be okay again. I had problems at work (got mobbed by a superior and a colleague I thought was my friend), quit my job, was unemployed for two months, found a great new job with wonderful colleagues. And then, just when I thought that everything might get better again, I got hit over the head with a hammer when my darling dad passed away this week. My beloved grandmother died ten years ago, so 2001 wasn't that great for me either (and it surely got worse with 9/11) but this year is truly the worst year of my life.
