Help I need Legal Documents

We were in a car accedent in dec. The inserance just denided the claim. I have to pay out of pocket now. But I was the person i give the money to to have to sign something saying that they will not try to get any more money out of me once i have payed.

Does anyone know where i can get the wording for such a document.
