So I was home sick today and took that as the universe's way of telling me to finish watching S2 of Teen Wolf. And like I said, I'm sick, so this is probably less filtered than it otherwise would be, so please understand, but I have to say: Derek/Stiles? Where did THAT come from? I do not see it at all, I think all you people are smoking something

I kind of OTP Stiles Dad and Scott's Mom and have much headcanon for them. Like there was shitty boyfriend of hers in the past that he found out about and put the fear of god into, and then there was after Stiles Mom died, and he was drinking way too much,and a wreck, and he ended up at the hospital w/ some stupid accident and she helped bandage him up and ended up taking him home (because Stiles was sleeping over hers, as he did a lot those days), and there was drunken crying and comforting and some kissing that should have been way more awkward than it was, but then it got way more awkward afterwards to make up for that, sort of. And they NEVER TALK ABOUT IT.

And eventually he got his shit together and they've had a affection/ust that sort of simmered (in between getting their two ridiculous sons out of the ridiculous scrapes they got in even pre werewolves) and it took him a long time to acknowledge that he had a thing for her (and he still misses his wife a whole bunch) and, um, she thinks he's terrific, but off limits, but ONE DAY stuff will happen and they will get together and Scott and Stiles will walk in on them on the couch making out with her hand down his pants and Scott and Stiles are SCARRED for LIFE.

I want to read the fic where Scott and Stiles walk in on them SO BAD. And Stiles teasing his Dad about it for years after :D
