... I can't even fathom a sentence where you would use it. "His hand moved lubriciously over her skin"? This is where people need to put down the thesaurus.

As in "[Character*]'s equally hard cock pressed lubriciously against his own thigh."

I just...I laughed, I cried, I couldn't take the fic seriously AT ALL after that.

... but how can something be pressed in a slippery manner?

You're right, that's up there with things like "manmeat" to make someone back button out of a fic.

The best part is that the lube didn't even come out of the drawer until the next paragraph, so this word is even less appropriate than you'd think.

(I suppose, technically, it could be pressed up against him in a lewd manner, but really, that's the *person* doing the pressing, and the cock is the thing that is being pressed and also, "lubriciously" is kind of redundant at that point. How does one press an erect cock against someone's thigh in a NON-lewd way?)

There's probably a "doctor, doctor" joke in there somewhere, but I'm too tired to think of it.

And yeah, if the lube hasn't been produced by that point, it conjures up all sorts of images of self-lubricating cocks, and honestly, trying to imagine that just makes me go to a bad, STD-type place.
