I was going to do a first impressions meme when Gino hit 1k, but he's 300 comments away from that and, you know, I'll probably hit that this weekend in the midst of my rapeshifts. juri loev working!! Which means I would inevitably forget to finish that meme or would have hilarious responses.

. . . ahahaha well, I guess they haven't had any really in-depth threads yet, but Suzaku is obviously extremely confused! Gino is someone who seems very familiar with him (enough to call him by his first name, drape on him out of nowhere olol) but doesn't seem to know Suzaku as he is now. e.g. Suzaku can't understand why he would be rude to a Knight of Rounds in their world because of the rank difference as well as that's just not how he rolls now. So that disparity unnerves him. And he's anxious about their world in general because he's stuck in camp and unable to ATONE FOR HIS SIIINNSS change anything for the better if anything happened. Kallen's behavior on her arrival also set him on edge, and now he's just. . . really uneasy. :( Granted, he loev denial and convinces himself that it's fine on the surface, but. . . yeah. ANXIETY.

As for Gino himself, Suzaku likes positive people -- they take his mind off things and he can generally be more comfortable with them. He doesn't know quite how to respond to all of Gino's energy and is still conflicted about the title thing, but he's not going to walk off on Gino or be a bitch to him. So he genuinely does like him as a person on first impressions! It's more the situation that makes him a bit ambiguous on Gino.

. . . also he's keeping an eye on him since he has a vague feeling of unease after the whole "what's so dangerous about Marcy? 8D" comment. L-LORD WEINBERG.

Hahaha oh man. The worst part is that Code Geass used to be my default answer for this, and ... we can see how that turned out! I think I can safely answer with Gurren Lagann, though. I adore the series and I contemplated apping two or three characters, but at the end of the day, it's not a series I really want to play from because I'd rather play with those characters.
