Maybe I should get a Korra icon?
So finished Legend of Korra, Season 2 today. This season slipped by me. I didn't know it was on until it was halfway over and it's now that I watch it. Overall, it was very interesting. I keep forgeting it's meant for kids, so sometimes it was "too simple" for me. I really don't have any shipping either. These writers can't write romance and really should stay away from it. Still a Zutara fan! But I do like Tenzen, Bumi and Kiya(sp?) I like how they all have issues being the children of the Avatar.
What's so different about this season is that I wasn't spoiled AT ALL. I don't have any friends to discuss this show. The LJ community that I went to for Avator stuff doesn't update anymore. So whatever. I watched the season finale without having a clue what was going to happen. I think Korra is more of a bad ass than Aang. Aang fights the Fire Lord. Korra fights the Spirit of Darkness. I like how we find out the history of Avator and how the whole cycle began. Those Lion Turtles...
And who the heck is the father of Toph's daughter? Was it mentioned and I missed it? It was nice seeing Iroh again. Man, it was a shame it's only 14 episodes long. Just felt rushed. Now will there be a season 3? What will it be called? We already had Water, Earth, Fire, Air and Spirit. Sooooo.....er....don't know. Will it just be called Avatar?
Sigh. Chemo tomorrow. I went to work today and it actually felt good. Yeah, I still despise the idea that I'm working at UDF, but the whole I'm out working and doing something felt good. Plus, making money. This colostomy has been really doing its job. If my CTscans turn out all right, I'll like to increase my hours. Maybe even volunteer at the library. Maybe even work at the library! Now that will be pretty sweet. Being surrounded by books and getting paid for it. Nice.
Mom's watching Talking Dead right now. She had a nice suprise today finding out new episodes of Walking Dead started tonight. Another show that I'm going to have to watch someday.
