green beans, tomatoes and basil

Everyone enjoyed this.

Make
, remove from pan, to Corningware and keep warm in oven. Deglaze onion pan with a little Soy Garden. Toss in 3 cubes Dorot garlic and 2 cubes Dorot basil. Swish around until the cubes are melted, while chopping 2 plum tomatoes. Add them to the pan. Cook a few minutes on low flame then add about 1/3 cup water and half a bag of TJ's frozen green beans. I would have preferred fresh, but I was stuck home waiting for the guy to come and change my windshield so I had to use what was available to me. Give the mixture a good stir, then cover and let cook until warmed throughout. Add a little sea salt and serve.


I made some jasmine rice too.
