Italian-ish veggies, stir fried in toasted sesame oil. Veg combination based entirely on what I had on hand. ;)
11 Brussels sprouts, sliced
2 small zucchini, halved and sliced
2 small yellow squash, halved and sliced
1 Vidalia salad onion, sliced
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
8oz. pkg. sliced Baby Bella tomatoes
a couple of handfuls of green beans, cut in pieces about 1/2"
