Biological weaponry - this MDEA has not a clue what they speak of. To label every man, woman and child as a biological weapon is, how do you say, "funny." Terrified little business men do not want someone better than them to come into their territory. Such a waste, really. One day, they will step on the toes of another and learn that their policy is flawed.
And, as an example of why there should be no fear of these men and women, consider the fact that many of this "threats" cannot even stand a little chill of Winter. It is, as you say, laughable.
