(no subject)
My stupid back hurt so bad last night I thought I was going to have to go to the ER. I am still going to PT for that dang TS pull and I saw a MT for the first time, so not sure if that aggravated it or what. Only thing I could do was take pain meds, muscle relaxer and sit in my recliner with the heating pad. Anything else was agony. Just been catching sleep in little snippets. Totally sucks!
