For those on my friends list who don't know, I recently moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. It was a very interesting trip down. We rented a U-Haul and towed my car. Jammed in the front seat of the U-Haul truck was me, my boyfriend Tim, 4 geckos, 1 tarantula, 2 bettas, and of course my 2 furry babies. Louie usually gets really carsick but the vet gave me Feliway pheromone spray and it worked wonders. He only puked a tiny bit right before we even got on the road (while we were on the way to the U-Haul place to pick up the tow hitch and have them secure my car onto it). It might have even just been a hairball. Other than that, he was fine the whole time. He didn't have one accident. It was amazing. He didn't even mind being the carrier the whole time. He whined a little bit at first but then calmed down and slept for most of the time. Too bad he's the lighter of the 2 because I had to share my seat with the 23 pounder, Spike. It was very interesting. He was either sitting in my lap crushing my hip, or wedged between me and the carrier with me up against the door. At least he was comfortable lol.
We're also planning on adopting a new furry baby. She's at Tim's cousins' house right now until we unpack more and get this place more in order. I don't want her to get lost in all the stuff! Pictures of her and her brothers are at the end.
