Away we go...
I made $12,000 this month. I mean, it is one of the peak months so Obviously that doesn't reflect an average monthly income, and most will be stashed for property & income taxes while th rest goes to debt and savings for the slower season, but it's surreal to look at my bank account balance right now.
The amount of editing I have to do now gives me a tummy ache, but it's coming along okay as long as I keep plugging away.
I booked a trip to Phoenix in August. Possibly the worst time of year ever to visit hell on earth, but whatever.
It'll be Dmitri's first plane ride (A's too), and our flight reservations came with a great resort deal, so although we're going to my least favorite place in the country and it's only a 4 day trip, I'm hoping that it will still be a good one.
Next July we're going to Vancouver. Also trying to swing a weekend in Boston this fall... maybe Moab in April, if funds stretch that far.
Bali and Iceland are in the 5 year plan.
