For the past couple years, you could say I led a watercolor existence. No real structure, no form, nothing to indicate I had a stable support system in place. Finally, however, order is being restored to my life and I'm definitely seeing borders again. Here's how:
1. I'm back in class, and having something to do every day means I don't get to bum around and do nothing.
2. I'm volunteering again at Faithful to Felines. Granted, I'm there in the morning, so I don't get to work with anyone on Mondays, but I know I report to Janie, plus Paula and Michelle check up on me from time to time. :)
3. Running my own bakery means I have something to do as well. This isn't first on the priority list, but on my off days, I bake and send gifts out to those who want them.
4. Even work is lending some kind of order to my life. Granted, it's only two days a week, but it's better than nothing.
5. Finally, I'm back on an antidepressant and on bipolar medication, which means I can sleep again.
Is this the order I want? No, but at least it's something, and God isn't letting me drift in space anymore.
