Meet The Professor
Claire and I went into insane girlie mode today at Build-A-Bear. Nate and Brandon looked on in horror as we picked, stuffed, fluffed, dressed, and named our cute-as-a-button furry friends. A lot of time was spent looking for the softest animal with the cutest face. Claire chose a beautiful snow leopard named Mortimer and I chose a mocha bunny named The Professor. I might return to get him some horned rimmed glasses. Everyone's eyesight gets poor with age...even bunnies, right?
The Professor looks like he has an interest in Iraq but alas they are my books. I wrote a policy piece about the US impact on the Iraqi public health system that a professor (real one, not stuffed) wants me to expand into a publishable work. I get to spend the next year working on this in my spare time but now I have a cute bunny to keep me company.
